摘要:Power conversion efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells are greatly influenced by the defects of the perovskite films. To enhance the performance of perovskite solar cells, the defects of perovskite films should be effectively passivated. In this work, we provide an easy and feasible method to passivate the defects of perovskite films using chlorobenzene/perylene mixed anti-solvent. The validity of the defects passivation is confirmed experimentally. Under the optimized concentration, chlorobenzene/perylene mixed anti-solvent can boost the power conversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cells to 19.42%, which is 13.63% higher than the reference solar cells (17.09%). A champion power conversion efficiency of 20.05% is also demonstrated.
